As of Wednesday night, the water is flowing at a location where a major water main break occurred near the intersection of 16th Avenue and 23rd Street.
Water main break near 22nd Ave and 23rd Street
The Director of Public Works, Chuck Sliva, confirmed that some progress has been made in the repairs. However, he also mentioned that officials are still working on fixing another water main break that occurred earlier that day near the intersection of 22nd Avenue and 23rd Street. According to Sliva, the second leak won't be fixed until Thursday due to pending utility locations and other factors.
Sliva made this statement at around 9 p.m. on March 15th.
