Drug House Busted in Columbus Thursday Morning




COLUMBUS, Neb. - On Thursday morning the Columbus Police Department arrested Rayann V. Bickerstaff on multiple drug charges.


The suspect was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false reporting, and two active arrest warrants.


The search warrant was executed in the 3384 Mimick Lane, where officers observed drugs and paraphernalia, consistent with tips received from the community. The residence had previously been identified as a suspected drug house. A second search warrant was served for drugs and related contraband.


During the search, CPD officers discovered additional drugs and evidence of drug distribution inside the residence. CPD captain Doug Molczyk stated that more arrest warrants are expected in connection with this case. The Nebraska State Patrol traffic units also assisted with the warrants.
