Grand Island Teenagers Arrested For Armed Robbery


(Grand Island, NE) - Four teenagers were taken into custody on Wednesday in Grand Island, Nebraska, after being accused of robbing two boys at gunpoint inside their home, hitting one of them with a gun, and firing a shot.

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, prompting a response from the Grand Island Police Department to the 500 block of North Custer Avenue. The victims informed the police that they knew one of the suspects, which led to a warrant being served in the 100 block of South Oak Street.

Rodolfo Penaflor, 18, of Doniphan, along with a 16-year-old boy and two 14-year-olds, have been charged with robbery and several other offenses.
